Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lao Flying Views Tour, here is our Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to read these terms, as they form the agreement between you, as a client of Lao Flying Views Tour and us, as the Services provider.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking a flight of hot air balloons or para-motor with Lao Flying Views Tour Co., LTD (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with the booking.
  1. Booking and Payment
  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or receipt from the Company.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.
  • Cancellation by the Company:
    • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Safety and Health Requirements

  • Safety Briefing: All participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing before the tour. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.
  • Health Conditions: Participants must inform the Company of any medical conditions, disabilities, or allergies that may affect their ability to safely participate in the tour.
  • Weight Restrictions: For safety reasons, weight limits may apply to certain activities (e.g., paramotor flights). Participants exceeding these limits may be excluded without a refund.

5. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

  • Assumption of Risk: Air tourism activities, including paramotor flights and hot air balloon rides, involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Release of Liability: The Company, its employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Insurance: Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase personal travel and accident insurance covering air tourism activities.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
  • Behavior: Participants must follow all instructions from the Company’s staff and behave in a respectful and responsible manner. The Company reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
  • Personal Belongings: The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify tours due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control (“Force Majeure”). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, videos, and promotional materials taken by the Company during the tour remain the property of Lao Flying Views Tour Co., LTD. The Company may use these materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Laos. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with Lao law.

10. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Company’s website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of publication.
